BREAKING: 50 Cent Hospitalized After Frightening Car Crash

50 Cent is currently in the hospital after being involved in an auto accident with a Mack truck, according to ThisIs50.com, a website affiliated with the popular rapper.

The website says 50 Cent's SUV was rear-ended by the truck, sending the rapper and his driver to the hospital, where 50 Cent currently is undergoing tests on his neck and back. Pictures on the site show 50 Cent on a stretcher with a brace around his neck.

ThisIs50.com also shows the damage to both the Mack truck and 50 Cent's SUV, which the story says almost flipped in the crash.
