Beyonce continues to show the world why she is the "Queen Bey".

According to the Huffington Post, she is changing the game at Vogue magazine by giving "unprecedented control" over the September issue of the magazine per a contractual obligation.

She has hired 23-year-old Tyler Mitchell, who is the first black photographer to shoot a cover for the magazine in its 126-year history.

Vogue editor-in-chief, Anna Wintour, has had complete control over each issue of the magazine, down to selecting the outfits worn by celebs on the cover.  However, reports are saying the September cover will be her last issue.

The reason a 23-year-old black photographer is photographing Beyoncé for the cover of Vogue is because Beyoncé used her power and influence to get him that assignment.

Mitchell is no stranger for his work as he previously did work for Marc Jacobs, Givenchy, Ray-Ban, Nike, Converse, Mercedes Benz along with a host of others.
