Do you need a job? Holler at Beyonce. The R&B queen is teaming up with Goodwill again -- she helped the company earlier this year to promote their Transform Lives for GOOD campaign. She'll continue to boost employment with the program.

As Queen Bey prepares to launch the second U.S. leg of her Mrs. Carter Show World Tour, she's re-activating Goodwill’s #BeyGood campaign. As part of the initiative, Beyonce is asking concertgoers to donate clothes like winter coats and other items at Goodwill receptacles located at the venues.

The first 100 ticket-holders who arrive between 7PM and 8PM, and donate clothes to Goodwill, will win a chance to get upgraded to the BeyStage or BeyHive VIP areas.

The clothes donated at the 15 concert stops will be collected and sold at Goodwill with the profits going to the company’s employment programs, which helps people with disabilities and other challenges find jobs. The revenue will also provide services for child care, education and youth mentoring.

So Beyonce needs the Beyhive's help with the campaign. "I am excited to team up once again with Goodwill in supporting their efforts in finding and creating jobs for families in need,” said Beyonce in a press release.

Beyonce’s Mrs. Carter Show World Tour kicks off Nov. 30 in Vancouver, B.C., and will hit major cities like Los Angeles, Las Vegas, Houston, Chicago and Washington, D.C., before a two-night stint at the Barclays Center in Brooklyn, N.Y.
