R&B/Pop mega-star, Beyonce is desperately trying to lose the 40 lbs. she put on while pregnant with she and rap mogul, Jay Z's first child, Blue Ivy Carter. She is so adamant about losing the pounds that she has rumored to have moved her personal trainer, Marco Borges into her NYC penthouse apartment home. To lose the weight, Beyonce follows a super-strict regimen. Reportedly, mama Bey wakes up at 5 am, and does a two-hour, calorie blasting workout that incorporates dance, plyometrics, cardio, pilates, yoga, and more! Oh, and that's not all. The superstar is also reportedly doing an additional 5 pm workout with her trainer for another two hours!

Beyonce's meal plan is super-strict -- which obviously means no Popeye's Chicken (Bey's favorite). Her eating has been whittled down to egg-white omelets, high protein mini-meals six times a day, pineapple chunks, and tons of ice-cold water!

We think Beyonce is gonna have that pre-baby body back in no time!
