Beyonce & Blue Ivy Photographed In Moving Vehicle – Blue Not In A Car Seat!

Okay Beyonce. We adore you and are completely smitten with new daughter, Blue Ivy -- but recent photos of baby Blue riding in your arms and not in a car seat frighten us! Frankly, as a new parent myself, I am terrified of everything, and especially driving my daughter around in traffic. The law clearly states that a child under 12 years must be in a car seat! Period.Recent sightings of mama Bey and baby Blue on lunch outings with friends around the NYC have shown pics of Blue Ivy in Beyonce's arms and not securely fastened in an approved safety seat for infants.

The pictures show Bey holding Blue in the back of a vehicle with a driver and proud pappa, Jay Z in the front passenger seat. Driver or no driver, Bey -- please put Blue in a car seat! It's not only the safest practice for your little one, but, um, it's the LAW!
