They are the clear surprise of the NFL this season. The 9-0 Kansas City Chiefs have stunned critics all season with good offense and a stellar defense, but now comes the ultimate test.

The Chiefs will travel to Denver this weekend to face the Broncos and a banged-up Peyton Manning.

NFL writer Mike Freeman suggests "a banged up Peyton is by far better than all of the quarterbacks the Chiefs have faced thus far this season."

Kansas City has played some close games with teams, such as a struggling New York Giants team, a very up and down Dallas Cowboys team and barely edged out the Houston Texans 17-16 in earlier games.

Not only is this a division rival, it's a test of where the Chiefs are among the elite teams in the NFL. The truth will be told Sunday in the Mile High City.
