After almost four years with Red Light Management, Alicia Keys has signed on with Ron Laffitte and Guy Oseary at Maverick to manage her career.

Laffitte also manages Pharrell Williams and One Republic while Oseary has been managing Madonna since 2005, and added U2 under his wing recently. Together they will co-manage the 'Girl on Fire' singer as well as her company AK Worldwide regarding her music, business and charitable endeavors, Billboard reports.

Since 2010, Red Light's Will Botwin served as Keys' manager. The two have "parted ways amicably."

Keys is reportedly in the studio working on her next album. She recently released the Kendrick Lamar-assisted song 'It's On Again,' which serves as the theme song for the film 'The Amazing Spider-Man 2.' The track will not likely appear on her forthcoming LP.

In addition to music, the songstress currently stars in Givenchy's Dahlia Divin ad campaign.
