Now you know we love ourselves some Beyonce, but this copycat thing is out of hand. Well, here we go again! Beyonce is accused of blatently stealing the concept for her latest video, "Countdown". The accusation alleges that Queen Bey copied costume, choreography and such from Anne Teresa De Keersmaeker. Anne said in a recent blog:

"I didn't know anything about this. I'm not mad, but this is plagiarism ... This is stealing. They took pieces from 'Achterland' and 'Rosas danst Rosas.' It's a bit rude, I must say. What's rude about it is that they don't even bother about hiding it. They seem to think they could do it because it's a famous work." But isn't imitation the sincerest form of flattery, De Keersmaeker? "Am I honored? Look, I've seen local school kids doing this. That's a lot more beautiful."

Now you know I had to pull the video comparisons for you to judge for yourself. Although there are shots of Beyonce paying homage to Audrey Hepburn's "Funny Face". Now this isn't the first time Beyonce has been accused of stealing concepts, ideas, and choreography for her live prefromances and videos. Just last year Beyonce was accused of stealing from performance concept for her Billboard Music Awards performance from an Italian pop singer named Lorella Cuccerini, whom Bey said "inspired her so much". Mmm-kay, Bey. This is all a little suspect. Watch the videos and judge for yourself below.

Do you think Beyonce is a big copycat who uses other artist's ideas as her own, or do you think Bey is just the famous pop star that everyone loves to hate?
