There is a $7,500 reward for the capture of an Aryan Circle gang member here in Texas!

Authorities are offering the $7,500 reward in the hopes of capturing Clifford Nelson Locklin Jr., who is on the Texas 10 Most Wanted Fugitives list. According to EastTexasMatters.com, he is a member of the Aryan Circle gang. Locklin is wanted for for several crimes - aggravated assault with a deadly weapon, theft and parole violation. He weighs approximately 190 pounds and stands 5'10. He has an identifying tattoos - an iron cross on the front of his neck; his last name on his upper chest. He also has a scar on his right hand.
